Our CEO, was born and raised in Farmville, NC. April is a business entrepreneur who is dedicated to the community. She has served on various boards including the Center for Family Violence Prevention.

Our General Contractor was also born and raised in Farmville, NC. Mike graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management. He also graduated from Pitt Community College from the Building Construction Technology program, and has many years of building and design experience under his belt. He holds the position of Vice President of the Inner Banks Home Builders Association. He currently manages all construction operations in our company, and has a great reputation for integrity and excellent work.

Brittany has 10+ years of experience in the design and drafting field. She graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelors in Interior Design and continued her education at Pitt Community College earning an Associates in Architectural Technology. She loves spending time with her family and helping out around her church.

Lyndsay has an Associates in Arts from Lenoir Community College, an Associates in Architectural Technology from Pitt Community College, and is currently pursuing an Associates in Business Administration from PCC. She began as an intern and now works with us full time. She loves to read and collect classic novels and spend quality time with her two Siamese kittens, Otis Redding and Stevie Wonder.

Billy has over 20 years of experience in the construction field and has been with Designco since 2014. He enjoys following professional and college football and basketball. Originally from Cleveland, Billy is a loyal fan of the Browns and Cavaliers. After making ENC his home, Billy has become a strong supporter of the ECU Pirates.

Nick has more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry, focusing on storefront glass installation and concrete work. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.

Reese has an Associates in Business Management from Pitt Community College, an Associates in Construction Management from PCC, and is working toward a Bachelors in Construction Management at East Carolina University. In his free time, he can be found spending time with friends and family. He also loves spending time outside playing golf, hunting, and fishing.

David studied at Pitt Community College to receive an Associates in Applied Science in Building Construction Technology, a Framing Degree, and a Residential Carpentry Degree. He is a volunteer firefighter at Staton House, where he is a certified firefighter in the state of North Carolina. He loves hunting, fishing, and working on anything with a motor.
